So, what will the seeking Product Manager at CertiPath do?

Serve as SAFE Identity’s Product Manager for its Federation and Identity Solutions. Lead technical working groups for SAFE Identity’s clients to address Identity and Access Management challenges in the Healthcare sector.

What does a typical day look like for the seeking Product Manager?

Although no two days will be the same, you will:

  • Research Healthcare sector use cases to develop business cases for SAFE Identity products
  • Make recommendations for developing SAFE Identity products based upon competitive and marketplace analysis
  • Manage product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
  • Drive product solution sets across multiple teams (DevOps, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Business Development) through market requirements and positioning
  • Develop and implement product go-to-market plans, working with all teams to execute
  • Define business goals, system requirements, functional specifications for features and functionality for SAFE Identity product offerings
  • Manage product releases, prioritizes features, and develops training and customer service support plans to create visibility to carry products through launch
  • Assist clients with deployments and post go-live customer service support
  • Facilitate technical working group activities with SAFE Identity clients through various means (e.g. conference calls, webinars, in-person meetings)
  • Deliver excellent client service, provide day-to-day client management, and serve as liaison between clients and SAFE Identity Subject Matter Experts to ensure Client retention
  • Work closely with Business Development to add new Clients
  • Formulate value propositions and Client-centric content with the assistance of the Marketing Team

What qualifications do you look for?

You might be the seeking Product Manager we’re looking for if you have:

  • US Citizenship
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8 years of Information Technology experience in Identity and Access Management, 2 years of which is in the Healthcare sector
  • 2-4 years of experience in product management experience with demonstrated successful delivery of finished products
  • Experience with helping resolve technical and business challenges related to Identity Federation between organizations
  • Experience leading Client technical working groups to:
    • Facilitate consensus and resolution of complex technical issues,
    • Provide guidance on emerging security risks,
    • Translate feedback into written requirements
  • Possess strong Product/Project Management skills and a willingness to learn and take ownership
  • Ability to juggle many requests while maintaining clear priorities to ensure tasks are completed on-time
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences

We’re extra impressed by folks with:

  • Understanding of Public Key Infrastructure from both a policy and operational perspective
  • Prior experience at a nationally recognized professional consulting firm
  • Active participant in standards bodies or industry consortiums
  • CISSP Certification
  • Agile product/project management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of PKI and digital signatures
  • PMP Certification

CertiPath is focused on bringing facility and network access management for Federal Agencies into the 21st century.

So, what will the PACS Design Engineer at CertiPath do?

You will work in a fast-paced environment where you will take a hands-on approach in helping a Federal Agency with its nationwide Physical Security Program Office (Program). You will work with a team of engineering professionals to design security solutions in accordance with Program Standards to ensure compliance with complex federal and agency mandates. You will have the opportunity to work on and deploy cutting edge solutions. What does a typical day look like for the PACS Design Engineer?

Although no two days will be the same, you will:

  • Leverage Program Standards to provide security design drawings which include work areas, conceptual pathway and infrastructure requirements, network and cabling diagrams, rack elevations and other designs necessary to convey the scope of work requirements or to document as-built conditions
  • Document security deficiencies identified and develop solutions compliant with Enterprise Architecture design criteria
  • Provide security equipment recommendations (e.g. PACS, CCTV, VMS, IDMS)
  • Provide technical guidance to Engineering staff
  • Support implementation, test and deployment of systems
  • Present guidance and support to stakeholders on Federal policies and Program Standards
  • Offer industry best practices and lessons learned from federal engagement past performance
  • Be an active participant in your development along your career path

What qualifications do you look for?

You might be the PACS Design Engineer we’re looking for if you have:

  • US Citizenship
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 6 years of total experience in the security industry, 4 years of which includes performing proactive federal agency ICAM architecture design and implementation activities
  • 2 years of recent experience using computer-aided drafting (CAD) systems to prepare or revise engineering drawings
  • Hands-on installation, configuration and maintenance of FICAM compliant Physical Access Control Systems
  • Experience with PKI and Federal smart card technology (Personal Identity Verification cards – PIV)
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to:
    • Draft Scopes of Work and Technical Drawing Packages to be used by procurement officials for solicitations and RFIs
    • Promote standardization of equipment and configuration management, and
    • Perform evaluations and assessments of highly complex projects

We’re extra impressed by folks with:

  • Specific experience and/or certification in Identiv’s Hirsch Velocity product
  • Working knowledge of FIPS 201-2, HSPD-12, OMB memorandums, NIST publications (800-116-1, 800-53, 800-73-4), and CIO Council papers
  • IT and PACS Security Certification (e.g., Comp TIA Security+, PSP, CSEIP or CISSP)
