What qualifications do you look for?
You might be the Senior Full Stack Software Developer we’re looking for if you:
- Have at least a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Have 8+ years of experience in full stack software development
- Demonstrated skills with:
- Python and Django
- Modern JavaScript, preferably real world Vue.js experience
- Developing SPA applications utilizing REST APIs
- PostgreSQL experience including data integration, data modeling, performance tuning and stored procedures

What does a typical day look like for the Windows Administrator?
Although no two days will be the same, you will:
- Lead administration of Microsoft Windows Server and AD environment
- Subject matter expertise for stakeholders of Windows, Exchange, AD, licensing, and other Microsoft domain ecosystem components
- Provision and support of desktop and laptop systems (OS install, configuration, etc.)
- Provision and maintain AD accounts, Exchange mailboxes, and VPN access
- Configure and maintain of local and wide area networks
- Ensure 24/7/365 availability of all systems, applications, and infrastructure
- Configure new servers, applications, updates, and develop processes and procedures that fulfill the support of secure systems
- Document infrastructure and internal processes/procedures
- Troubleshoot end-user issues via phone calls, e-mail, trouble tickets, and Slack
- Investigate and implement new technologies to support business and end-user goals
- Implement, document, and maintain best practices for infrastructure deployment, security, and backups
- Execute on-site, on the floor, technical and system administration support
- Perform software installations and upgrades to Windows operating systems and layered software packages and maintains them in accordance with established policies, procedures and service level agreements; evaluation and installation of software/hardware patches and resolution of software related problems associated with COTS/GOTS products
- Provide weekly status reports for team and management.
- Working with other technical and non-technical stakeholders to solve problems.
- Conduct routine and emergency maintenance of corporate IT infrastructure
- Travel 5-20% to local and remote offices (corporate and customer) to support business goals.
- Provide some “on-call” support for after-hours business needs

What qualifications do you look for?
You might be the Windows Administrator we’re looking for if you have:
- US Citizenship
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) and 3+ years of relevant experience or an associate’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or 7+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with managing and supporting an active multi-user, multi-site IT infrastructure including provisioning of hardware (laptops, tablets, etc.), user accounts, VPN access, and mailboxes
- Proficiency in administration of current Windows Server and Active Directory implementations
- Experience with maintaining a Windows domain environment including GPO, updates, and security.
- Experience with deployment and system patching via WSUS and SCCM. Experience with Microsoft software licensing and partnership programs (MSDN, etc.)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office365
- Knowledge of other Windows ecosystem services including SQL Server, IIS, Exchange, etc.
- Good knowledge of networking including physical deployment TCP/IP, routing/switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and file sharing services
- Good knowledge of implementing backup and disaster recovery solutions across multiple sites
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies including virtual machines, containers, SDN and ESX VMWare
- Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Passion for keeping up to date with current trends in technology, and the ability to plan and advocate for new infrastructure (software & hardware), including working within a budget
- Ability to give clear and consistent instructions to team members
- Strong proficiency for documenting processes, procedures, and infrastructure
- Task oriented, self-initiated and objective driven
- Demonstrate good communication, negotiation, analytical, problem solving skills
- Successful track record of working with internal and external stakeholders to tackle complex and changing requirements

- Experience with smart cards/certificates in an AD environment
- Experience managing a Windows Certificate Authority and PKI
- Experience implementing infrastructure monitoring software (Nagios, Cacti, Monit, Zabbix, etc.)
- Physical Access Control experience
- Experience with ticketing, issue tracking, change management, version control, and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, GoToMeeting, Git, TFS, etc.)
- Experience supporting infrastructure for a .NET web application
- Experience installing and configuring development software (Visual Studio, Git, etc.)
- Experience with IT automation software (Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, etc.)
We’re extra impressed by folks with:
- Fundamental knowledge of Linux systems administration and scripting (bash, python, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in DoD IAM, FISMA, and RMF concepts
- Experience in DoD C&A Process, DISA STIGs, and IAVA compliance
- MCSA, MCSE, CCNA certifications
- Knowledge of local and network storage technologies (RAID, NFS, iSCSI, SAN, SDS, etc.)

- Experience with PKI and Federal smart card technology (Personal Identity Verification cards – PIV)
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to:

- Promote standardization of equipment and configuration management, and

You might be the CAD Professional we’re looking for if you have:
- US Citizenship
- At least a bachelor’s degree in construction based engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6 years of total experience, 2 years of which includes performing physical security system architecture design and implementation of PACS and CCV for federal agencies
- 4 years of recent experience using computer-aided drafting (CAD) systems to prepare or revise engineering drawings
- In-depth experience with Autodesk AutoCAD (certification is a plus)
- Practical application of creating drawings that comply with National CAD Standards v6 and updating non-compliant drawings to meet the standard
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to:
- Draft Technical Drawing Packages to be used by procurement officials for solicitations and RFIs, and
- Promote standardization of equipment and ensure implementation of best practices
We’re extra impressed by folks with:
- Experience in developing security system layouts with minimal supervision using Agency standards and policies as a design guide
- Working knowledge and/or certification in Revit, Cameo and ePlan
- Familiarity with HSPD-12
- Hands-on installation and configuration of physical security or network equipment
- Specific experience and/or certification in Identiv’s Hirsch Velocity product
